Was Nick Hogan Racing A Silver Viper

RealityTVWorld.com is reporting that John J. Graziano, the 22-year-old who was riding with Nick “Hogan” Bollea in the front passenger seat when he crashed his car into a palm tree on Sunday night, remains in critical condition and is possibly facing brain damage according to his grandmother Catherine. The Tampa Tribune reports that Graziano is a Marine who recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. While Nick Bollea hasn’t been charged with anything yet, the story says that “eyewitnesses alleged they spotted Nick’s Toyota Supra racing a silver Dodge Viper prior to the accident”. A Clearwater, FL police spokesman did say however that “Everything that happened [on Sunday night] was because of excessive speed. When the car hit, it largely exploded or disintegrated.”

Bollea has a history of speeding. He has had three speeding tickets in the last year, according to Florida state driving records obtained by TMZ. Last September, he was ticketed for driving 105 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in Collier County. In February, he was cited for driving 57 MPH in a 30 MPH zone in Dade County. In April, he was ticketed for driving 106 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in Osceola County. According to the St. Petersburg Times, Pinellas Park, FL police also cited Nick for a fourth speeding offense on August 10 — a 82 MPH in a 45 MPH zone violation that, due to its pending court status, does not yet appear on his state record. The Hogan Knows Best co-star is reportedly due to appear in court on September 10 for the Pinellas Park offense, which took place in a construction zone that had workers present.

Witnesses saw Nick Hogan racing with a silver Dodge Viper moments before he crashed his vehicle into a palm tree on Sunday evening in Clearwater. A report at SPTimes.com says Frances Vitalis saw the two cars racing at high speeds just moments before the crash. “We knew something was going to happen,” Vitalis said Tuesday. “You know that this is a bad situation and these guys are hotdogging. Vitalis, a registered nurse, was one of the first to arrive on the scene after the crash and tried to open the doors but they were so mangled she wasn’t able to get them open. Police had to use the “jaws of life” to get into the vehicle.

The SPTimes.com report says that a silver Dodge Viper is registered to Hulk Hogan and points out that the Viper is a distinctive and uncommon car. It’s not clear who was driving the Viper and not known if it was the one registered to Hulk Hogan. Police say there is no evidence that Nick Hogan was racing, but Vitalis and another witness Rabih Cheaib both say they saw the Nick Hogan’s car racing with a silver Dodge Viper.

Isn’t it bad enough that one person is in the hospital holding on to there life and Nick has to see John in this conditon. Stop bashing the HOGAN family. It’s so easy to point fingers. And the would have, could have’s….sad…what matters right at this moment is the person in the hospital is real and needs prayer. Prayer goes out to the Hogan family too.

Sadly, while I like Hulk Hogan and his family, watch Hogan Knows Best. His kids come off like arrogant, spoiler brats. And unfortunately, I absolutely believe that he was racing. He has been pulled over several times and was let off because of he is a Hogan. And because of Nick’s negligence, his friend, an Iraq War vet is in the hospital hanging on for dear life. This man survived two tours of duty in Iraq only to be severely injured at the hands of a speed demon spoiled little punk.
