The Great Khali left Shawn Michaels lying unconscious in a heap of microphone cables and table rubble as the Punjabi giant powered past HBK Monday to become the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship at Judgment Day. Reports from medical personnel say Michaels received a concussion and is suffering from back spasms after the devastating power slam through the announcers’ table.
