PwInsiders.com is reporting that TNA officials told a number of wrestlers at the Impact tapings Monday in Orlando, Florida that the company would be moving into a two hour weekly program this October, so negotiations must be close to or already completed. The obvious choice is SpikeTV but TNA did have several rounds of meetings with FOX as well.

It was announced tonight at the TNA iMPACT! tapings in Orlando that Kurt Angle will be the special “ringside enforcer” for the Sting vs Jeff Jarrett match at Bound For Glory. Kurt Angle is scheduled to appear at the October 9 iMPACT! tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando.From discussions TNA officials have had with Angle, there’s more to the story of his WWE release than has been reported. To say there are bitter feelings about the way the meeting with WWE went down is not an exaggeration.
The tapings tonight were re-written at the last minute when Insane Clown Posse no-showed. ICP had appeared on the Howard Stern show this morning and announced that they were going to leave the studio to catch a flight to Orlando to work the TNA tapings, but sent word to TNA late this afternoon that they were not coming.
This past Saturday’s edition of TNA Impact on Spike TV scored a 0.9 rating, bouncing back from the 0.7 the show scored the week before.
Among Males 18-49, the show scored a 0.7. The show also scored 0.7 among Male 18-34. The average audience was also up, capturing 1,029,000 viewers.
It’s official, Spike TV officially announced that TNA Impact will be moving to a 9:00 PM (Est) time slot on Thursday nights starting April 13. Impact may expand to 90 minutes or a full hour. SPike hasn’t announced what will be in the 10:00 PM slot the will lead into the new season of Ultimate Fighter, also moving to Thursday night airing at 10:00 PM.
UPDATE: Currently Impact will stay one-hour and then will be followed by UFC Unleased leading into the Ultimate Fighter. TNA is exploring the possibilities of expanding Impact to two hours as well as producing Impact live.
TNA officials are in New York today meeting with officials from Spike TV to discuss a new time slot for TNA Impact. The word going around is that it will definately be a primetime spot. TNA wants Monday at 8 PM Est so they can go head on against the WWE, but Spike is said to be leaning to an 8 PM Est start time on Thursday nights ot lead into UFC programming. Impact is expected to expand to 90 minutes and possibly to two hours.

Bill Berhens, Normal Smiley, Homicide and Sting are all backstage. Samoa Joe did not seem to be nursing his ankle injury from this past weekend.
Matches announced for the tapings include Ron Killings versus Bobby Rude, The Naturals versus Konnan’s Crew, plus Team 3D, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Abyss, Rhino, Chris Sabin and Homicide in action along with a tribute to Sting.
