WWE Releases Chris Masters

Chris Masters has been released by WWE according to an announcement on WWE.com. The release comes a week after it was announced Masters was suspended for 60 days for his second violation of the WWE Wellness Policy. The statement reads: WWE has come to terms on the release of SmackDown Superstar Chris Masters. We wish Chris the best in all his future endeavors.


WWE Releases Davari

Several weeks after asking for his release, the WWE issued a statement announcing that World Wrestling Entertainment has released Davari.

WWE has come to terms on the release of Raw Superstar Shawn Daivari. We wish Daivari the best in all his future endeavors.




WWE Releases Booker T And Sharmell

After the recent speculation about the future of Booker T and Sharmell, WWE issued a statement announcing that World Wrestling Entertainment has indeed released the former World Champion and his wife.

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Booker T and WWE Diva Sharmell as of October 27. We wish both Booker & Sharmell he best in all their future endeavors.


WWE Releases ECW’s Marcus Cor Von

WWE has come to terms on the release of ECW Superstar Marcus Cor Von as of September 19. Cor Von, real name Monty Brown, had taken extended time off from the company to assist with his family following the death of a relative. He had been expected to return once the situation had resolved itself. Cor Von signed with the company in November 2006 after a long run with TNA.

WWE Releases Aaron “The Idol” Stevens

World Wrestling Entertainment announced tonight that they have released Aaron “The Idol” Stevens from the company. Stevens worked on the Smackdown brand for a short time as half of a team with KC James managed by Michelle McCool during her heel run. When McCool took ill, they quietly were sent back to developmental. Stevens worked the Raw house shows this weekend and had been a top tier player in OVW in recent months, feuding with Paul Burchall and Jay Bradley for the OVW title.
